בשנת 1983 הקימו שלושת האחים לבית סנדרוני את המרכז לאמנות ארמנית בעיר העתיקה שמטרתו הייתה לקדם את המלאכות והאומנות הארמנית. במשך הזמן פנו גם לייצור ועיטור כלים ואריחים. בראשית שנות האלפיים יצאו האחים לדרך עצמאית. בני הזוג ג'ורג' ודורין סנדרוני העמיקו לחקור את שורשי אמנות הקרמיקה המזוגגת באיזניק ובקוטחיה והם משלבים ידע אקדמי של אמנות ועיצוב מודרניים עם מלאכת יד מסורתית.
In 1983 the three Sandrouni brothers established the Center for Armenian Art in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Center's aim was to promote Armenian arts and crafts. Over time, they also started to produce decorated tableware and tiles. At the beginning of the 2000s, each of the brothers set out on their own way. George Sandrouni and his wife Dorin dedicated themselves to the study of the roots of Armenian glazeware in Iznik and Kuthayha, and their work combines scholarly knowledge of modern art and design with traditional crafts.

באדיבות האמנים, 2019
בעבודתם של דורין וג'ורג' סנדרוני משולבים מרכיבים בהשראת הדגמים המסורתיים של איזניק וקוטחיה עם יצירה מודרנית ייחודית.
עבודתם מעוצבת על גבי כלי בצורת רימון. הכלי נעשה בהשראת פסיפס הציפורים מן התקופה הביזנטית ובתוך שריגי הגפן המתעקלים שלובים פרחים במילון הצורות של סגנון איזניק עם ציפורים מפסיפס הציפורים. ואולם נוסח הכתובת החוצה את הכלי נלקח מפסיפס ארמני נוסף שנחשף במנזר לא הרחק ממנו מאמצע המאה ה-7: "אני, הכומר אוסטטיוס, שיבצתי פסיפס זה. אתה הנכנס לבית זה הזכר אותי ואת אחי לוקס בתפילותיך לישו".

In their work Doreen and George Sandroni have combined the inspiration from traditional elements of Iznik and Kütahya with a unique modern design.
Their work is displayed on a vessel in the shape of a pomegranate. The vessel is has been designed with the inspiration of of the Birds Mosaic from the Byzantine era and within the meandering vine branches are flowers from the dictionary of forms in the Iznik style together with birds from the Birds Mosaic . Nevertheless, the text of the inscription that runs along the vessel was taken from another Armenian mosaic that was discovered in a nearby monastery dating from the 7th century. “I the priest Ostetius included this mosaic . You who enter this house remember me and my brother Lucas in your Prayers to Jesus.”

صُنع الإناء بإيحاء من فسيفساء العصافير من الفترة البيزنطيّة وصيغة الكتابة مأخوذ من فسيفساء أرمنيّ اكتُشف في دير ليس بعيدا عنه من منتصف القرن الـ 7 : "أنا الراهب أوستاتيوس، وضعت هذا الفسيفساء. من يدخل إلى هذا المنزل ليذكُرَني وأخي لوقا عند يسوع".
